Kindly Review Your Order as Our Products are Final Sale.

Product Quality
Since some of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order. 

No Exchanges. Limited Returns only due to damages.
Due to our products being custom made to order print on demand, our products are final sale unless there are damages or issues with the print quality. 

Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.

Cancellation of Order

Please review your order as our products have limited return.  If there is an error to your order or which to make changes after your order has been placed, please contact us asap or within 3 hours of the order being placed. The window to cancel from time of order to cancellation may vary so contacting us asap is best.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Kindly email us a couple of photos to be assessed regarding the damage or issue.

Exceptions and Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Endorphin Patrol does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item.  Returns must be received within 30 days. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@endorphinpatrol.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the damage item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
